Information
These last few years have been challenging to say the least. Schwartz Rounds is an opportunity for healthcare providers to come together to talk about the good, the bad and everything in between.
Schwartz Rounds are a safe, confidential forum for healthcare providers to share, talk and listen about the emotional and psychological impact of the work we do. Look for posters around the hospital for more details on the event.
We have three staff members who will share their story on this month’s topic:
The Patient I’ll Never Forget
- ALL STAFF are invited (clinical and non-clinical)
- Sessions are facilitated and will follow an evidence-based format
- The focus is on staff experiences, not on the clinical aspects care of the patient
- The discussion does not aim to solve problems or find solutions
- Lunch will be provided
Doors open at 11:45 for people to get their food and settle in. Doors will close at 11:55 or when we reach capacity!
