Schwartz Rounds offer a safe and confidential forum for health-care workers to talk about the emotional and psychological impacts of our work.
All staff and medical staff are welcome to share and connect at rounds.
- Sessions are facilitated and follow a specific format.
- The focus is staff experiences vs. the clinical aspects of patient care.
- Discussions do not aim to solve problems or find solutions.
Lunch will be provided; doors open at 11:45.
