Every member of the Medical Staff is also a member of the South Island MSA. Annual dues support Executives’ leadership time and activities that cannot be funded through FE.
Members of the Medical Staff can:
- Hold leadership positions as outlined in the Medical Staff Bylaws
- Attend and vote at Medical Staff meetings
- Raise issues of concern to the Executive
- If facing a disciplinary issue, secure Peer Support
- Access Facility Engagement funding
- Join learning and networking events
