The IslandHealth WiFi network and Island Health managed devices are being updated with a new security certificate. As you are aware from recent events in Canada, it is crucial to maintain the security and reliability of Island Health’s infrastructure.
If an Island Health managed device has been turned off or has been offsite for several weeks, you may need to contact the BC Health Service Desk and Clinical Service Desk for assistance.
For those of you using your own devices, you may need to take steps to “trust” the new certificate or “continue connecting” or reconnect to Island Health WiFi.
To proceed with connecting to IslandHealth WiFi, choose ‘Connect’ and/or ‘Trust.’
