In anticipation of welcoming our Year 1 students to the Island Medical Program in August 2021, we are putting out a friendly call to family physicians who would be willing to take a student (or two if you were willing) as a patient(s) in their practice. We estimate that we will have about 25 students needing a family physician. They will only be here (and therefore your patient) for 4 years before they will be moving onto residency.
