Every year, Doctors of BC launches its Health Authority Engagement Survey, seeking the opinions of physicians from across the province. The results of this survey mean a lot: Health Authorities review the feedback, put plans in place to improve deficits, and note where previous changes have made a difference.
By completing this survey, your voice will be amplified with other physicians, leading to real change in how Island Health engages with you, in patient care, and in your workplace.
