To ensure you receive vital information such as an individualized link for completing your reappointment application, the Credentialing and Privileging team requires your most current preferred email.
- If you have changed your preferred email, within the last 4 years, please email the Credentialing and Privileging team at MA_Reappointments@islandhealth.ca with your full legal name (on your college license) and the email you wish for Island Health to use.
